Today, DVD Verdict posted reviews of BAD GIRLS FROM VALLEY HIGH, THE BEDROOM WORKOUT FOR MEN: BETTER SEX THROUGH EXERCISE, BILL MAHER: BE MORE CYNICAL, BURNING THE MAP, THE CASE OF THE SCORPION'S TAIL, DOWN AND OUT WITH THE DOLLS, GALAXY HUNTER, LUCKY 13, THE NAMELESS, and SON OF THE MASK: BAD GIRLS FROM VALLEY HIGH (reviewed by Patrick Bromley, overall score 65/100): Bad Girls from Valley High is not a film that I hated, although I didn't like it one bit. I have to reserve my feelings of hate for movies that offend me to core or generate an inexplicable hostility within me, and Bad Girls from Valley High did neither. All that it filled me with was apathy and boredom, some annoyance, and a good deal of sleepiness. Thankfully, there was a clock in plain view of the screen so that I had something worth watching. http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/bettersexexercise.php BILL MAHER: BE MORE CYNICAL (reviewed by Patrick Naugle, overall score 78/100): His comedy is sharply honed and often good, but Maher comes off as a very angry, bitter, cynical man who almost seems to take the opposite side of society's norms...well, just so he can be on the opposite side. It sometimes makes for a tedious hour of comedy. FULL REVIEW:

These scenes were so vivid, I had to suppress the urge to reach out and touch the water. FULL REVIEW:
http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/burningmap.php THE CASE OF THE SCORPION'S TAIL (reviewed by Bill Gibron, overall score 78/100): Though it occasionally has plot holes the size of the Parthenon and stumbles like a cockney flower girl reciting the Queen's English, The Case of the Scorpion's Tail is actually a fairly decent Italian thriller. http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/casescorpionstail.php DOWN AND OUT WITH THE DOLLS (reviewed by Mac McEntire, overall score 41/100): If you're hoping for punks raging against society, you're out of luck. If you want a movie about the power of rock music and how it can change people, you won't get it here. What you will get are standard soap opera plotlines about love triangles and romantic betrayals, peppered with teen comedy fluff about the stupid things people do when they're drunk and horny. http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/galaxyhunter.php LUCKY 13 (reviewed by Patrick Bromley, overall score 65/100): So fantastically uninteresting an actor is Brad Hunt that he's upstaged by every other actor in every scene, regardless of who it is or what the scene is about. When you find yourself thinking that you'd rather be watching a movie about the girl who works at the grocery store
